What you can expect during your personal training sessions at Fit2gether HFX:

Setting SMART goals to ensure your success 

Full body assessment (mobility/flexibility assessment, strength assessment and conditioning assessment)

Your trainer will set up a customized exercises to help you reach your fitness goals

Each one-on-one personal training session is approximately 60 minutes (each session consists of a 10 minute warm-up, 35 minutes of resistance/conditioning/mobility and a 10 minute cool down)

The ability to be one-on-one with your personal trainer will allow you to ask questions, ensure you are performing each exercise with proper from and learn from an expert on how to achieve your fitness goals!
